Frank Barich
Frank Barich is a Professional Engineer and President of Barich, Inc. with over 25 years experience. He has provided Airport IT related services since 1992, and has assisted many of the major US airports with their IT strategic planning and design efforts. Mr. Barich has led his company towards recognition as one of the premier Airport IT consulting firms and is an active participant in all of his company's on-going projects. Contributing to the clients he serves, Mr. Barich also ensures that he and other key members of Barich, Inc. are key participants in the associations and working groups defining the standards and practices for airport IT initiatives. As an ACI World IT Committee member, he currently serves on the Airport Community Recommended Informations Services (ACRIS) Working Group, and is an active panel member of two ACRP management panels.

Justin Phy
Mr. Phy is the Vice President of Barich, Inc. and oversees the corporate affairs of the company. Mr. Phy is a certified Project Management Professional, with 12 years experience in business analysis, technology planning and support, strategic and master plan development, and project management. Mr. Phy specializes in identifying and understanding business needs and applying technology planning and project management solutions appropriately. Mr. Phy currently supports many of the projects within the company, including the Phoenix Transit Department Business Continuity Program, the Transportation Research Board Common Use Resource Guide development project, and the San Antonio Airport System Technology Business Plan consulting effort.

Ted Melnik
Mr. Melnik is a Principal Consultant for Barich, Inc. with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. With extensive experience, attention to detail and a strong combination of technical, management, business and sales skills, Mr. Melnik has a significant portfolio of successful projects including Airport IT Project Management and IT QA/QC, offsite/offshore development, outsourcing assignments, business and practice development, client relationship management.

David Jividen
Mr. Jividen is a Senior Project Manager for Barich, Inc. and an accomplished Information Technology leader. Mr. Jividen has achieved success through progressive levels of responsibility and leadership acumen in diverse business environments in the manufacturing, services and financial industries. He is highly regarded for elevating IT organizations through strategic vision and execution, engaging process oriented efficiencies and attention to detail.

Peter Longoria
Mr. Longoria is highly qualified Design Engineer for Barich, Inc. with experience in airport communications technology, and is a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). He is experienced in writing master and strategic plans, developing construction drawings and specifications for airport telecommunications infrastructures, and providing construction administration support for large scale technology projects through acceptance. Mr. Longoria also has experience in creating corporate policies with regard to the use of technology systems, coordinating with government agencies on behalf of the client, and coordinating with various departments of a large organization to complete a task.

Cary Reif
Mr. Reif is a Project Engineer for Barich, Inc. and is experienced with the technologies and functionality of the Common Use Environment for airports. Mr. Reif is an approachable, analytical professional with an attention to detail and a continuous desire to learn. He is able to work closely with a client, identify needs, size a project and execute on it from beginning to end to achieve quick and efficient solutions with the client and partners. Able to work well with others and address issues with effective communication, clarity and precision, Mr. Reif is skilled at identifying areas of improvement in a way that results in positive change.

Marc Gartenfeld
Mr. Gartenfeld is a Project Engineer for Barich, Inc. with extensive experience in technical and research-related writing and publishing. Mr. Gartenfeld has an aptitude for document composition and development and a propensity for analytical thinking and attention to detail. He is currently involved in research-related tasks as well as in producing high-quality deliverables for various projects. In addition, he functions as the content editor of the company's website.
