Project Summary:
In 2000, the Aviation Department for the City of Phoenix completed a comprehensive Airport Communications Master Plan. This plan addresses over 40 technology related systems and represents over $40 million in capital improvement projects.
Since 2000, Barich, Inc. has partnered with Hill International (formally KJM) in the Technology Program Office setup by the Technology Division acting in Project Management and/or technical resources roles for the following projects and technologies:
- Fingerprint System upgrades
- Access Control Systems
- Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) Systems
- Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
- Premise Distribution Design and Implementation
- Common Use System
- Technology Master Plan 2005 and 2009 updates
Project Status:
This Master Plan and its subsequent updates in 2005 and 2009 were successfully implemented and completed by February 2010. Barich, Inc continues to provide ongoing support. Future updates to this Master Plan, leading to additional projects under this program, are expected in the Summer of 2012.
