Frank
Barich, President
Frank Barich is a Professional Engineer and President
of Barich Inc, with over 25 years experience. He has provided Airport
IT related services since 1992 and has assisted many of the major US
airports with their IT strategic planning and design efforts. Mr. Barich
has led his company towards recognition as one of the premier Airport
IT consulting firms and is an active participant in all of his company's
on-going projects. Contributing to the clients he serves, Mr. Barich
also ensures that he and other key members of Barich, Inc. are key participants
in the associations and working groups defining the standards and practices
for airport IT initiatives. He currently serves on the Steering
Committee for the ACI-NA BIT, and is an active member of the IATA Fast
Travel working Group.

Rick
Belliotti, Vice President
Mr. Belliotti is a Vice President of Barich, Inc. and
oversees the operating affairs and business development of the company.
Mr. Belliotti has extensive experience in information systems, project
management, and airport information systems. He provides hands on experience
to many projects, including projects at San Francisco International
Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor, San Antonio, Winnipeg Airport, Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena
Airport Authority, and the Transportation Research Board Common Use
Resource Guide development. In addition to his work on projects, Mr.
Belliotti is a team lead, assisting IATA with the CUPPS pilot phase.
He is also the author of the Transportation Research Board's synthesis
for common use in airports, synthesis 8 - Common
Use Facilities and Equipment at Airports.

Justin
Phy, Vice President, PMP
Mr. Phy is a Vice President of Barich, Inc. and oversees
the corporate affairs of the company. Mr. Phy is a certified Project
Management Professional, with 11 years experience in business analysis,
technology planning and support, strategic and master plan development,
and project management. Mr. Phy specializes in identifying and understanding
business needs and applying technology planning and project management
solutions appropriately. Mr. Phy currently supports many of the projects
within the company, including the Phoenix Transit Department Business
Continuity Program, the Transportation Research Board Common Use Resource
Guide development project, and the San Antonio Airport System Technology
Business Plan consulting effort.
