In May of 2007, Barich was engaged by the City of Phoenix for the development of a Business Continuity Plan for the Public Transit Department (PTD). This project includes the identification of functional and technical requirements of the PTD, development of the business continuity strategies, definition of the business continuity programs, design and development of the Business Continuity Plan, training of PTD staff in business continuity strategies, testing of the Business Continuity Plan strategies, and development of maintenance and update strategies for the Business Continuity Plan.
